This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness centre provided a variety of massages and beauty treatments that left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and steam room were also a refreshing addition to our stay. the restaurant had a great selection, and the in-room breakfast was a real treat.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was on point, and the hotel facilities were amazing. The parking was very easy, and the transportation was well-connected to the hotel. The location next to events at the O2 was a big advantage. The staff was very helpful and their service was good. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was tasty.

Beautiful rooms with a lovely river view. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Great location, just a short distance from the tube station and various shopping centers. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel provided a pack of toothpaste upon check-in.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. Loved the swimming pool and sauna area, very relaxing. Room was clean with a fantastic view of the O2, and the reception staff were very helpful.
